With more than 18 years’ senior HR experience, including ten years working internationally as a VP HR, she has business partnered several well-known, prominent business leaders in a variety of multinational industries. In these roles, she built a formidable reputation for supporting leaders to successfully improve both their own and their team’s leadership performance. Nicki knows what it takes to lead, manage and develop senior teams, as well as support others in how to do it.
She created Qi Performance in 2016 to work with businesses, supporting leaders to build and sustain performing teams. She operates as a trusted advisor and executive coach to leaders and their teams in both large and small companies.

Laurent is an accomplished executive who has an impressive track record of strong performance delivery throughout his leadership career. The former President of Bombardier Transportation, a multi-national giant in the rail industry, he led Bombardier through a major transformation alongside delivering strong shareholder returns.
With an innate ability to assess both business challenges and opportunities, he is able to rapidly develop powerful strategies that deliver strong performance growth across all areas of the business - from product to people and everything in-between. He is one of the few leaders to truly integrate and execute an aligned business, people and organisation plan into one performance growth plan.
With over 30 years international experience, predominantly within the rail industry, Laurent is used to dealing with key decision-makers externally and is well versed in navigating a multi-billion global supply chain.
Having implemented several coaching programmes for individuals and teams to create the conditions for their success and support them in their achievements, he coined the phrase “I develop business by developing people”.
