About Nicki
I founded Qi Performance because I care deeply about how leadership shapes both the performance of a business and the experience of work.
I’ve spent over 15 years in senior HR roles within complex multinationals, led major transformations, and worked as the HR lead within executive teams navigating growth, restructure, and reinvention.
In 2016, I established Qi Performance to specialise in leadership effectiveness — helping organisations align leadership capability with business strategy.
Since then, I’ve worked with CEOs and senior teams across the UK, Europe, North America, and China.
My work is grounded in real-world leadership and business performance. I bring together strategic insight, behavioural science, and deep leadership development expertise — including 1:1 coaching and team effectiveness — to help leaders lead well, in context.
