Nicki Crossland is an International Leadership Performance Specialist and Executive Coach, supporting organisations to translate organisational growth strategy into “real world” results, with a strong emphasis on leadership capability, leadership personal development, and talent management.

She brings a breadth of experience gained in senior HR leadership roles in different industries, including as VP HR EMEA for Bombardier Transportation and as SVP HR Europe for the retailer Claire’s Accessories. Throughout this time, Nicki has successfully demonstrated how the application of powerful people strategies can have significant results, irrespective of the sector.

An acclaimed IPEC accredited Energy Leadership™ Coach & COR.E Leadership Dynamics Specialist, Nicki works extensively with executives to CEO level to identify how effectively they are currently enabling themselves and their teams to achieve success and then supporting them to take measurable and effective actions to improve their own results and those of their team.

Having herself led teams across multiple international locations, in diverse businesses, Nicki knows what it genuinely takes to deliver the multi-faceted aspects of people management, rather than simply advising or coaching others to do it.  Additionally, having also had responsibility for leading rapid growth strategies as well as restructures and downsizing, she is also well versed in what’s required at each stage of the employment lifecycle.
